Our "Four-Step" Process: Remodeling is often an involved and emotional endeavor. Our 30 years in the business and many hundreds of projects has taught us that you cannot cut corners or skip steps and have a pleasing result. Our "Four-Step" Process helps to make sure that we are the right contractor for your project, that we understand each other well, and that we have a great chance of exceeding your expectations when the project is completed. Your project should be a win-win for all involved.
We begin by working to understand your needs, wants, goals and dreams. Why do you want to do this? We also try to educate you about the realities of remodeling, and the challenges and inconveniences you may face.
Menold is committed to providing greater value to you, the client, than the monetary investment that you have made. We also promise to make your Remodeling project as pleasant and stress-free as possible. We bring the expertise of our design staff and our highly skilled construction team, together with good communication and service to create a different and positive Remodeling experience.
Step One: The Idea. By getting to know you, listening to and helping to define your vision, helping you determine a realistic budget, and offering our decades of remodeling experience and design expertise, we create living spaces and work environments that can be enjoyed for many years.
Details give it shape. Once the vision has been defined, we can help you start filling in the details. There is a vast world of products, finishes, options and price ranges from which to choose. The choices can be overwhelming and selections time-consuming. We are very experienced with this selection process and will be there to guide you through it.
Step Two: Good Product Selection is key to the success of your building project. The Avenue, our 3500-square-foot Showroom and Design Center, has many beautiful displays to offer you ideas, and catalogs and products give access to the full range of options available to you. You will see and touch many of the products you select. We'll help you make sure that your selections are of the proper quality, from reliable and reputable suppliers, and will fit within your budget.
Step Three: The Work. If the planning has been done well, the work will flow smoothly. You will be assigned a very skilled Lead Carpenter, who will work with you, and manage the schedule, quality control, subcontractors and everything through to the last paint touch-up.
Step Four: Quality Assurance. Menold employs Guild Quality, a third party quality assurance company to builders and remodelers, to survey our clients after their projects are completed. This feedback helps us to make sure we are providing the services that our customers expect, and improve our services in the future. Menold Construction and Restoration achieved "Guildmaster" status for 2006, an award given to the Guild Quality companies with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
