We specialize in all phases of residential and commercial site restoration and reconstruction. Our full-service company is staffed with highly skilled people who devote personal care to ensure that our customers and their belongings are returned safely to their restored homes and businesses as quickly as possible.
Structural Restoration
Soon after the loss, we will provide you and your insurance company with detailed estimates and procedures to return your restored property back to you in its pre-loss - or better - condition, in the shortest time possible.
We work for you, the property owner. All work will be completed to your desired specifications. Existing construction, whether damaged by flood, fire, weather or mold, will be salvaged whenever possible. When structural replacement is required, our craftsmen will skillfully complete all phases of the reconstruction of your property.
Water Extraction and Drying
After water damage occurs, our crews work rapidly to stabilize the property by removing water and setting up high-velocity fans, dehumidifiers and other necessary equipment. Drying needs will be determined and procedures designed by trained technicians with the help of infrared cameras, moisture meters and other specialized diagnostic equipment.
Cleaning and Deodorization
Ceilings, walls, floors, heating and ventilation equipment, as well as ductwork are completely cleaned and deodorized. Remind us to tell you about our odor free guarantee.
Complete Content Services
Your furniture and personal effects will be carefully inventoried and cleaned. Ultrasonic tanks, ozone chambers and other specialized equipment allow us to return many of your personal items to their original condition. If an item cannot be cleaned, it will be returned to you at no charge. After being cleaned and restored, furniture and other salvaged belongings will be moved into sealed, personal storage vaults in our temperature-controlled warehouse until your reconstruction is completed.
24-Hour Emergency Response
When disaster strikes from weather, fire or flood, one of our Project Managers will return your call within 20 minutes at any time, day or night. At your request, our crews will be on site at your home or business anywhere in Central Illinois in less than three hours. Our emergency priority will be to stabilize the site and to mitigate the destruction caused by corrosive smoke, water, mold or weather.
