Based on Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Menold Construction and Restoration was recently awarded the 2009 GuildQuality Guildmaster Award. The award was bestowed by GuildQuality, Inc. They are an independent, objective customer survey agency that contacts Menold building/remodeling customers to determine their level of satisfaction.
The Guildmaster Awards recognize building professionals who have lengthy track records of exceptional customer service. Each year, less than 10% of GuildQuality members earn Guildmaster Awards for their exemplary customer feedback.
Guildmaster Award winners are the top performers among GuildQuality's nationwide membership base of hundreds of the best building professionals. All 2008 Guildmaster Award winners must have earned a minimum customer recommendation rate of 90% from all customers in 2008 and a minimum survey response rate of 70%. Both objectives were surpassed by Menold Construction and Restoration.
